Siano’s system approach development allows the company to deliver hardware, middleware, software comprehensive Mobile DTV solutions enabling mobile and handheld device providers to rapidly upgrade their products to support Mobile DTV features with minimal R&D efforts without compromising on performance or low power consumption.
Providing receiver chip solutions for Set-top-boxes or HDTV applications the company works in collaboration with selected backend processor suppliers to provide a simple low-cost digital to analog TV converter or set-top box (STB), enabling ISDB-T HD (as well as SD, where applicable) content reception by legacy analog TVs (CRT TVs or LCD/Plasma sets without an HDMI port).
